Well, Is It?

Is it wrong, that when I see someone whizzing by on a bicycle, and her hands are nowhere near the handlebars but engaged in some other (usually vain) activity or even draped loosely to her side, that her faith in inertia's stabilizing hand and a smooth path ahead strikes me as flippantly arrogant, and that a large part of me desires that her front tire would hit a stone or other suitably large obstacle, and that she would be catapulted over her neglected handlebars and suffer righteous ruin?
